Smartypicks is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

对于某些运输公司，跟踪信息需要 1-5 个工作日才能在系统上更新。如果您的订单是在超过 5 个工作日之前下达的，但仍然没有关于您的跟踪号码的信息，请联系我们。

我的物品会在一个包裹中发送吗？

出于物流原因，即使您指定了联合运输，同一笔购买中的物品有时会以单独的包裹发送。
